At DeltaPuff, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and compliance with product safety standards.

1. Warranty Coverage

• This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from DeltaPuff.com or our authorized distributors.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, such as:

  • Device not powering on

  • Battery malfunction (not caused by misuse)

  • Leakage due to faulty sealing

• Consumable items (e-liquids, pods, cartridges, coils) are not covered by warranty once opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Warranty Period

• Disposable vapes & pods: 7 days from date of delivery

• Rechargeable devices/kits: 30 days from date of delivery

• Accessories (chargers, cables, etc.): 14 days from date of delivery

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., dropping, water damage)

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Use with non-compatible parts or accessories

• Improper storage or exposure to extreme temperatures

• Failure to follow product instructions or safety guidelines

4. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product is defective:

1. Contact our support team at support@deltapuff.com within the warranty period.

2. Provide the following:

   • Order number

   • Product details (model, color, etc.)

   • Description of the issue (photos/videos recommended)

3. Our team will review your request and may require the product to be returned for inspection.

4. If approved, we will:

   • Replace the product with a new one of equal value, OR

   • Issue store credit, OR

   • Provide a refund (depending on availability and situation).

5. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is confirmed defective due to a manufacturing fault.

• In such cases, DeltaPuff will cover the replacement shipping costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

• DeltaPuff’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as described above.

• We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits.
