1. Product Registration

• All vape devices, e-liquids, and nicotine-containing products sold by DeltaPuff are notified with the appropriate EU/UK authorities prior to being placed on the market.

• Each product is submitted through the EU-CEG (Common Entry Gate) or MHRA (UK Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) notification system.

2. E-Liquid & Nicotine Compliance

• Nicotine strength does not exceed 20mg/ml in accordance with TPD regulations.

• E-liquid refill bottles are limited to 10ml maximum capacity.

• Tanks and pods are restricted to a maximum capacity of 2ml.

• All e-liquids are free from prohibited additives such as caffeine, taurine, and colorings.

3. Packaging & Labeling

• All products carry health warnings covering 30% of the packaging as required by TPD.

• Packaging includes:

  • List of ingredients

  • Nicotine content and delivery per dose

  • Batch numbers for traceability

  • Appropriate hazard symbols and warnings

• Tamper-evident and child-resistant packaging is used for all nicotine-containing products.

4. Product Safety & Quality Testing

• Products undergo toxicological assessments of ingredients and emissions.

• Devices and e-liquids are manufactured in ISO-certified facilities with strict quality control.

• Only pharmaceutical-grade nicotine and food-grade flavorings are used in compliance with EU safety standards.

5. Advertising & Marketing

• We follow all TPD restrictions on advertising and promotion of vaping products.

• Marketing materials are targeted only to adult consumers (18+) and are never designed to appeal to minors.

6. Consumer Responsibility

• Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase vape products.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws and regulations when importing or using our products.
